Traffic Offenses

(321) 727-0910

By paying your traffic ticket you are admitting guilt and points will be assessed against your driver's license. If you receive too many points, your license will be suspended or revoked. Do not go it alone…contact an attorney before you decide to pay your traffic ticket.

Commercial Drivers

In 2005, the Florida Legislature passed a law that forbids drivers who have an A, B, or C class commercial license from electing traffic school.  This does not mean that there isn’t  a way to keep points off your CDL license. Please call my office and I can explain to you how I can keep points off your license, in most instances without you needing to come to court.

Suspended License/Habitual Traffic Offenders

If you receive three (3) driving while license suspended/cancelled/revoked within a five year period, you will lose your license for FIVE (5) years.  The worst part about the system is that you could be facing a felony as a result of paying off your previous tickets.  Please call my office for a free consultation so I can review your individual case and explain to you your options.

You only have 30 days to elect to: 1) Pay your ticket, OR 2) Elect Driving School, OR 3) Plead not guilty.
